Cytek Aurora Biosafety Level

• BSL-1 (nonhuman or fixed human cells and cell lines)

Cytek Aurora Sample Preparation

• Use only 12 × 75 mm polystyrene sample tubes (polypropylene are not compatible).
• If using Automatic Micro-Sampling System (AMS): 96 well plates (U, V or flat bottom), 384 U bottom plates
• Concentration should be 1 × 106 cells/mL in at least 250 ul.
• Always bring extra media to dilute if necessary.
• All samples should be filtered

Cytek Aurora Pulse Processing

• Pulse area and height measurement available for all channels
• Pulse width of forward and side scatter
• Pulse width of one fluorescence parameter for each laser

Cytek Aurora Microparticle Detection

• Violet side scatter detector for thresholding on microparticles
